These terms and conditions are subject to the Laws of England and Wales.

No variation shall be valid unless expressly agreed by a director of the Company.


1. Placing orders
All orders placed are subject to our terms and conditions and in doing so you confirm your acceptance of them. 
The purchaser is the person who has bought or agreed to buy the goods from Pillowtalkhome.
Orders placed online are an offer to purchase made by the purchaser and may be accepted by us subject to availability.
You must be over the age of 18 to order from us.

Upon receipt of your order, Pillowtalkhome will email you an invoice for the items ordered. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Pillowtalkhome retain the right to cancel an order at anytime before delivery, should we become aware of any information that we feel should be verified or checked. If your order is not accepted, for any reason, Pillowtalkhome will inform you via email within 3 days of the order being placed.

All items displayed on this website are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the quantity of stock ordered, or there will be a delay in delivery, we will contact you and you have the right to cancel or amend your order.

When your order is di
spatched from our warehouse, we will send you a despatch confirmation email.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you on the date when the products are delivered. Ownership of the products passes to you on delivery, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for all products.

You have the right to cancel an order at any stage before the goods are dispatched to you.
To cancel an order please contact us by telephone.
Once your order has been dispatched your order cannot be cancelled.

2. Prices
All prices displayed are in sterling and inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Prices exclude delivery charges.
Prices may be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the seller.
If due to technical errors in pricing and or details incorrectly showing on our website, we reserve the right not to accept the order.

3. Product descriptions
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on the website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do try to be as accurate as possible.

4. Payment
When placing an order you will be asked for your credit or debit card details.
We accept online payment in a secure environment. We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery.
We do not accept payment by cheque or cash.

5. Delivery of goods
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure there will be someone present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel(s).
When the delivery address is different from the cardholder address, we reserve the right to contact you before dispatching the goods and if necessary, cancel the order. 

All orders aim to be delivered within 3-5 working days from date of order.

6. Returns and refunds

Pillowtalkhome want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with any of the goods, you may return them to us within 14 days of delivery. We shall refund any unused items that are returned to us in their original saleable condition and with the original packaging.

The purchaser is required to arrange and pay for the return of any products to us, therefore we strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the post office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit. 

Full refund of the costs of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met (item unused, in original saleable condition and with original packaging). The delivery charge is non-refundable unless the product is deemed to be faulty or you have excercised
your statutory right to cancel the order with the statutory 14 day cancellation period.

Refunds will only be made to the card used for the original payment.

7. Statutory cancellation rights

You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products you ordered (subject to the exceptions stated below). The 14 days start from the day after the day you receive your order.

You can cancel by simply returning the order or contacting us via email, over the phone on 01895 760288 or by writing to us at Pillowtalkhome Ltd 26 Lower Road, Higher Denham, Buckinghamshire UB9 5EA.

You should keep evidence of having given notice of cancellation. You must return the products to us (at your own risk and cost) within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. If the products are unsuitable for return by post (eg bulky or large products), you will be responsible for the cost of couriering them to us (you can contact Customer Services and we will try to provide you with an estimate of the courier cost).

We will refund the full purchase price together with the standard outbound delivery charge paid within 14 days of receiving the returned products or proof of postage. You must, however, take care of the products before you return them. We may reduce the amount we refund to you if the products are no longer in a fully resaleable condition, for example if you use them, damage them or otherwise handle the product beyond what you could reasonably do in a shop. 

You do not have the legal right to cancel the following items: (i) products made to your own specification (ii) goods which are not suitable for return due to hygiene, pillows etc (iii) curtains whereby the curtain tape has been pulled.

8. Faulty items
If the product you have received is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact our Customer Services Department, for notification of our returns procedure for faulty items. For faulty items we will happily refund any delivery charges you incur, conditional upon prior notification of the faulty items to our customer services department.
Note: Notification of goods received damaged must be made within 48hrs of receipt of goods. We therefore suggest all goods are to be inspected upon receipt. Notification of damages in transit made after 48hours will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Exclusions to return policy
For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of the following items unless unopened and sealed in original packaging or if faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Mattress toppers
Duvets
Pillows
Blankets

Curtains (where the header tape has been pulled)
As these items cannot be resold we are not able to accept returns of curtains where the header tape has been pulled. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Made to measure items
We cannot offer a refund on any item that has to be cut and sold by the metre eg. net curtains by the metre, voile curtains by the metre, ready made curtains that have undergone the customer alteration service, made to measure curtains and made to measure blinds. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. General
Pillowtalkhome makes every effort to deliver goods on time and ensure they match your expectations.

We cannot, however, be held liable in any circumstances for non-performance of our trading terms because we are impeded by events such as acts of God, war and other hostilities, accidents, strikes, import delays and other events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Checkout discount codes
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes are for single use only. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
